After the purchase of your support plan, you are entitled to 12 months of unlimited tech support and a free 2GB on-line backup account. In short, a support plan gives you tech help whenever you need it and a safety net should the unthinkable happen to your most important data.

This is a 12-month support plan and there is an initial setup fee of $49 per PC; each additional PC you add is only $10/month. Your first service/setup will usually take 2-3 hours while we optimize and clean up your computer.

Pay as you go for any incident. To purchase pay per call support, just chat with one of our friendly experts to get you started. They'll give you a time estimate and work with you until your issue is resolved.

Pay per call is $89 for the first hour of service and $19 for each additional 20 minutes. More >

All sales are subject to a 6.75% Ohio state sales tax.

We know that not everything can be solved over the Internet. Some issues require a hands-on approach: memory installation. power supply replacement, drive upgrade, etc.

On-site service is only $99/hour for support plan members. Non-subscribers pay $129 per hour.

You must have an available high-speed Internet connection in order to purchase online remote service.
